The PavoTube T8-7X LED tube from Nanlite is a 100cm long RGBWW LED pixel tube with a compact 3.9cm diameter housing. The LED tube has a built-in lithium-ion battery and has all the key features that make Nanlite LED tubes ideal for video production and photo shoots. The Nanlite PavoTube T8-7X was designed to meet creative needs, from light painting photography to using as an in-camera light for video productions. The size may be more compact, but the T8-7X has all the hallmarks that make PavoTubes a great choice: high color accuracy with a CRI rating of 96 and TLCI of 97, options for bicolor and RGB color shades, smooth dimming and effects.   Inspiring Pixel Effects Pixel effects are lively, animated effects that go beyond simple fading and color changes to add movement to your lighting. The T8-7X uses the same pixel effects as our top-of-the-line X-Series LED bulb, the PavoTube II. Get creative with 10 eye-catching pixel effects like Rainbow, Multicolor, and Motion, which simulates lights passing by as you drive a car. All are easily customizable and can be saved as presets for later use in the free NANLINK app.   Portable and ready to use The T8-7X base features an ergonomic handle that’s perfect for shooting light paintings, or when you’d rather just handhold the light for photography or video. The base also features a 1/4″ 20″ socket so you can easily mount the T8-7X to a tripod or grip, or attach a Nanlite LSFL Collapsible Floor Stand (sold separately). You can also attach an Eyebolt (sold separately) to hang the light. Both ends of the PavoTube T8-7X are octagonal, so you can angle the beam at the right angle on flat surfaces without the fixture rolling away.   Easy to use and DMX supported The T8-7X has only 3 buttons, so it’s easy to use even if you’ve never used professional lighting before. The free NANLINK mobile app is also easy to use and provides much deeper control, as well as the ability to control other Nanlite fixtures simultaneously. The optional USB-C to DMX Cable connects to the USB-C port on the T8-7X and provides full DMX control via XLR.   Lots of food options The T8-7X’s built-in battery lasts for 1 hour at 100% brightness and about 3.5 hours at 20% brightness. A USB-C port lets you connect external batteries and power banks to keep you going in the field.
