Nanlite Forza 500 LED Monolight

A powerful LED lighting fixture in an easy to use form factor, NanLite's Forza 500 Monolight LED fixture features a 5600K daylight color temperature with a high CRI/TLCI of 98/95, demonstrating color fidelity. The 12 x 8 x 5.6" light weighs just 2.5kg making it a welcome addition to your kit, and the 55 degree reflector allows it to put out 46,613 lumens.   The Forza 500 is cooled by a quiet fan and can be dimmed from 0 to 100%. One of the advantages of the luminaire is its ability to operate on AC/DC. The luminaire is world-ready thanks to its 110 to 240 VAC power supply, but it can also run on optional V-mount batteries when mains power is not available. The operating time is more than one hour at full power. The Forza 500 comes with a clamp and a 5/8" control box mount that mounts on standard light stands.       Very bright With the reflector turned on, the Nanlite Forza 500 puts out an impressive 66300 lux from 1m. With brightness reduced from 100% to 0%, you can quickly adapt the Forza500 to any scene without adding ND filters or diffusion.   Lightweight, compact design Designed to eliminate the hassle of large lighting fixtures, the Forza 500 weighs just 2.5 kilograms and is compact enough to easily pack into most travel cases and bags.   Accurate color The brightness of the light is important, but without color accuracy, a lot of time and money will be lost in post-production. The Forza 500 has a CRI of 98 and a TLCI of 95, which means you can shoot with confidence knowing that color reproduction will be accurate.   Quick change modifier mount The NanLite Forza 500 uses a Bowen mount to speed up the shooting process and to change light modifiers quickly and easily. With a push of a button and a quarter turn, you can replace any of NanLite's specially designed light modifiers.   Practical Effects With pre-programmed special effects in a simple menu system, Forza makes it easy to simulate complex lighting scenarios. With the touch of a button, you can simulate the lighting effects of lightning, TV screen, flash and flickering light bulb.   Works everywhere Optimized for use in the studio or on location, the Forza 500 can run on the included AC adapter or on two 26v V-Mount batteries, so you can work anywhere, no matter the power is available.   Control and power unit To ensure a low center of gravity and easily accessible controls, the Forza 500's control panel, AC adapter and battery have been combined into one satellite unit that can be easily hung from any light stand. The satellite (control box) also serves as a DMX connection point, allowing the Forza 500 to be quickly adapted to any DMX controlled environment. The design of the case allows maximum protection of the batteries from accidental shocks in the turmoil on the set.   Ready to work in the studio and on location Supplied with a standard 5/8" mount, the Forza 500 can be mounted on any standard studio lighting tripod, and the 330-degree rotating yoke makes it easy to adjust the angle or hang the light from the ceiling for studio use.
