Payment and delivery in Ukraine

RECRAW.COM cares about the comfort of its customers and values your time, so we will adapt to your situation, agree on the form of payment (cash or bank transfer), make a discount, deliver goods at the right time, and find better alternatives to what you are not happy with.

PAYMENT

You can pay for goods in cash or by bank transfer.
Payment in cash is made exclusively in the Ukrainian national currency, hryvnia, at the agreed rate at the time of order.
Payment by bank transfer can be made in Ukrainian hryvnia or US dollars, in accordance with the currency legislation of Ukraine. Along with the goods, the buyer is provided with all the necessary documents.

When paying by bank transfer, the buyer must provide:
1. A copy of the “Extract from the register of value added tax payers” or a copy of the “VAT Payer Certificate”;
2. A copy of the “Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” or a copy of the “Certificate of Enterprise Registration”;
3. Necessary company details for drawing up a Sales and Purchase Agreement, which include: full name of the legal entity, bank details, registration address, full name. manager, contact phone number, email address.
4. Power of attorney to receive goods.

DELIVERY

RECRAW.COM carries out sales and prompt delivery of goods throughout Ukraine. You can choose the option that is convenient for you:

1. Pickup from the office of the seller or his representative.
You can pick up your order directly from our office at a time previously agreed upon with the manager. The office address and directions to it can be found in the Contacts section.

2. Courier delivery in Kyiv.
Our courier will bring you the paid goods exactly to the specified address and at the agreed time. The cost of delivery in Kyiv is calculated individually. When ordering more than 5,000 hryvnia, delivery by courier will be provided to you free of charge.

3. Delivery throughout Ukraine.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the transport company: “Nova Poshta”. Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH.

Delivery by another transport company is pre-agreed with the manager of the Recraw.com online store.
